Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit risk assessment, with a focus on environmental or sustainability risks in financial services
  • Proven expertise in evaluating environmental impacts on real estate lending portfolios
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as EPA guidelines, ESG standards, and Basel III requirements
  • Experience in financial modeling and risk analytics within the banking sector
