Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large-scale data to identify emerging risks and opportunities in the mortgage market, supporting business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Risk Management, Home Lending, and Finance to design innovative risk solutions that drive sustainable profitability
  • Perform advanced statistical modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of economic variables on home lending performance
  • Lead the validation and ongoing monitoring of risk models, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulations such as those from the OCC and CFPB
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on risk appetite, portfolio optimization, and product innovation in consumer lending
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support key initiatives, including merger integrations, product launches, and response to market disruptions

Required Qualifications
