  • Collaborate with origination teams, legal, and compliance to ensure loans align with JPMorgan Chase's risk appetite
  • Provide expert recommendations to senior management on credit decisions, including approvals, declines, and structuring
  • Monitor ongoing credit performance of assigned portfolios, identifying early warning signs of deterioration

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit risk management, with a focus on commercial real estate lending

  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets, particularly multifamily properties
  • Experience with regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and OCC guidelines
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
