Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features for wholesale credit risk management tools in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives for the product team
• Work closely with risk analysts, compliance officers, and technology teams to ensure product alignment with regulatory standards
• Gather and analyze user requirements from business units to enhance credit risk assessment capabilities
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvements in risk management workflows
• Facilitate integration of new technologies such as AI and machine learning into credit risk products
• Communicate product roadmaps and updates to senior management and cross-functional partners
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies and industry best practices
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment
• Support training and adoption of new product features across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, risk management, or financial services technology
• Strong understanding of wholesale credit risk processes and regulatory requirements in the banking industry
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling tools
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Risk Management
