Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, program management, or project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading complex risk and program management initiatives in a large-scale financial institution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and other financial risk frameworks
  • Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with cross-functional teams
