Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for risk initiatives, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's enterprise risk framework
• Develop and execute risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential financial and operational risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, finance, and technology to integrate risk considerations into business projects
• Monitor and report on program progress, key risk indicators, and compliance metrics to senior leadership
• Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to enhance risk awareness across the organization
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple risk-related programs simultaneously
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to existing risk management processes in line with regulatory standards
• Support audit and regulatory examinations by providing documentation and insights on program effectiveness
• Drive innovation in risk program delivery, leveraging data analytics and technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, program management, or project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading complex risk and program management initiatives in a large-scale financial institution
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and other financial risk frameworks
• Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative analysis
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Risk Management) from an accredited institution
• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
