Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit risk management, special credits, or loan workout within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing and recovering distressed credit exposures for large financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, including Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and credit risk frameworks
  • Experience with portfolio analysis and risk mitigation strategies in commercial banking
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
  • CFA, CPA, or similar professional certification
