Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic analytics to assess portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and recommend policy adjustments
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate risk considerations into new feature launches and product enhancements
  • Perform stress testing and scenario analysis on credit portfolios to evaluate potential impacts from economic downturns
  • Monitor key risk metrics and provide executive reporting on credit exposure, loss rates, and policy effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit risk management, policy development, or strategic analytics within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing credit risk for consumer lending products, such as installment loans or revolving credit lines
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and consumer protection laws relevant to credit risk
  • Experience with data analysis tools and statistical modeling in a banking environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, product, and compliance groups

Preferred Qualifications
