Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in credit risk management, systems administration, or related roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading change management initiatives for risk systems in a wholesale banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and CCAR for credit risk compliance
  • Experience with credit risk platforms and tools used in large financial institutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-stakes, fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase or similar
  • Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM or PRM)
