Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance wholesale credit data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools for credit risk controllers
  • Collaborate with technology teams to implement advanced analytics and automation for external reporting processes
  • Conduct data quality assessments and remediation efforts to support JP Morgan Chase's risk management framework
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership in Finance and Risk divisions
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in data governance and technology integration for wholesale credit portfolios
  • Monitor and report on key risk metrics, providing insights to support decision-making at the executive level
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of regulatory reports, such as those required for stress testing and capital adequacy
  • Identify and mitigate data-related risks in wholesale lending activities across global markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management, credit risk, or financial data management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading data management and technology initiatives for wholesale credit risk or external reporting
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, CCAR, and Dodd-Frank reporting standards
  • Experience with data governance, quality control, and analytics in a banking environment
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across finance, risk, and technology departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CFA, or FRM certification
  • Experience working at a large global bank like JP Morgan Chase
