Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Local Markets Sales team in executing credit sales strategies and client engagements
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials, pitch books, and market updates on credit products
  • Coordinate with internal teams including trading, research, and compliance to ensure seamless operations
  • Track sales pipelines, client interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Support client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records of credit transactions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights on credit market trends in Asia-Pacific
  • Facilitate communication between sales teams and external clients in Hong Kong and regional markets
  • Assist in organizing sales events, roadshows, and client meetings
  • Monitor regulatory compliance for all sales activities and report any issues promptly
  • Contribute to team goals by identifying opportunities for process improvements in sales operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, financial services, or banking operations
  • Strong understanding of credit products, fixed income markets, and sales processes in the financial industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable for Hong Kong market
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or Series 7 equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
