Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Local Markets Sales team, including scheduling client meetings and preparing sales materials
  • Assist in client onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase's KYC and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate trade executions and settlements for market products, liaising with trading desks and operations teams
  • Prepare and distribute market reports, research summaries, and pitch books for client presentations
  • Manage client inquiries and follow-ups, maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce or similar systems
  • Support sales professionals in analyzing client portfolios and identifying cross-selling opportunities in equities and fixed income
  • Monitor market data and news relevant to Shanghai and broader APAC markets to inform sales strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, sales support, or administrative roles within the markets sector
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment in Shanghai
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Chinese financial markets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and financial databases
