Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations and provide personalized advice on loan options, interest rates, and closing processes
  • Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure seamless application progression and timely closings
  • Drive sales performance by achieving monthly origination goals and maintaining high client satisfaction scores
  • Stay compliant with federal regulations such as TILA, RESPA, and HMDA while documenting all interactions accurately
  • Educate clients on JP Morgan Chase's digital tools, like the Chase Mobile app, for ongoing loan management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in mortgage lending, sales, or consumer financial services
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements in the U.S. financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients over the phone and digitally
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and mortgage origination software
