Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture key investor relationships to drive business growth and retention
  • Execute daily sales activities for JP Morgan's suite of investment products, including equities, bonds, and structured products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients in the Japanese market
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as trading, research, and product specialists, to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to recommend appropriate investment strategies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies during client interactions
  • Track sales performance metrics and contribute to quarterly and annual targets
  • Support marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and thought leadership content for corporate clients
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements based on client interactions to improve offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
  • Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Japanese financial market, such as those from the Financial Services Agency (FSA)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
