Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive management reports and presentations for front office teams on sales performance and marketing initiatives
• Analyze sales planning data to provide actionable insights for AFR reporting compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets and marketing campaigns
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for senior leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes for sales and marketing functions
• Ensure all reports adhere to JP Morgan Chase's regulatory and internal governance standards
• Identify trends and risks in sales data to inform strategic decision-making
• Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Present findings to front office executives, translating complex data into clear narratives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or sales planning within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting standards such as AFR (Annual Financial Report) requirements
• Experience in preparing management reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment typical of investment banking
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of JPMorgan's internal reporting systems and tools
• Certification in financial analysis (e.g., CFA Level 1 or CPA)
• Experience with sales and marketing metrics in asset and wealth management
