Key Responsibilities

• Direct multiple technical areas within Sales Technology, overseeing software engineering teams focused on trading platforms, client interfaces, and analytics tools
• Manage the activities of multiple departments, including development, quality assurance, and infrastructure, to ensure seamless delivery of high-performance systems
• Collaborate across technical domains such as data engineering, cybersecurity, and operations to integrate solutions that enhance sales efficiency in global markets
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for software engineering that align with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives in investment banking and asset management
• Lead the adoption of emerging technologies like cloud-native architectures and microservices to modernize sales technology stacks
• Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and compliance in a regulated financial environment
• Partner with product, risk, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions that support real-time trading and client advisory services
• Monitor and optimize technology budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering leadership within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record of directing multiple technical teams and managing cross-functional departments in a high-stakes environment
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies and enterprise software development practices
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including GDPR, MiFID II, and data security standards
• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives in sales and trading platforms
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and drive strategic technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certifications in financial technology (FinTech) or cloud architecture
