Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the JPM Personal Investing Salesforce org, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
  • Provide daily user support, resolving tickets related to access issues, data queries, and system functionality
  • Develop and manage workflows, process automations, and approval processes to streamline investment advisory operations
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce, adhering to JPMorgan Chase's compliance and risk management policies
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements for personal investing tools
  • Perform regular system audits, backups, and optimizations to support scalable growth in client portfolios
  • Train end-users on Salesforce best practices and new features, particularly for financial advisors and client-facing teams
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integrations with other JPMorgan systems like core banking platforms
  • Contribute to testing and deployment of Salesforce updates in a controlled, regulated environment
  • Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge sharing across the global team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules
  • Experience providing user support and troubleshooting in a high-volume, regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of data security and compliance standards relevant to financial services, such as GDPR and SEC regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, such as with financial systems or CRM tools
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for project delivery
