Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in securities services, including trade settlement and reconciliation processes
• Assist in fund administration tasks, such as NAV calculations and investor reporting
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the UK and EU
• Analyze and process securities transactions using JP Morgan's proprietary systems
• Contribute to client servicing by preparing reports and responding to inquiries
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Shadow senior team members to rebuild technical knowledge in securities custody and asset servicing
• Support data management and quality control for securities portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial services prior to career break
• Career break of 2 or more years due to personal reasons, such as family commitments or other pursuits
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
• Strong understanding of securities services, including custody, fund administration, or asset servicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial data analysis
• Commitment to a 12-month returnship program with potential for full-time conversion
