Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI/ML strategy for JP Morgan Chase's Securities Services division, aligning with global business objectives
• Establish governance frameworks for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML-powered products that enhance securities operations
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to drive innovation in areas like predictive analytics for asset servicing and fraud detection
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, including ROI analysis and performance metrics tracking
• Engage with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for AI/ML roadmaps and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
• Oversee risk assessments and ethical considerations in AI/ML models, mitigating biases and ensuring transparency
• Lead cross-functional projects to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing Securities Services platforms
• Monitor emerging AI/ML trends and technologies to recommend strategic investments for JP Morgan Chase
• Provide thought leadership on AI/ML applications in the financial services industry through internal presentations and external forums

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML initiatives in financial services
• Proven track record of leading AI/ML strategy and governance in a regulated environment like banking or securities services
• Deep understanding of securities services operations, including custody, fund accounting, and collateral management
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II, SEC rules) and their impact on AI/ML deployments
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in AI/ML from a top-tier institution
• Prior experience at a global investment bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certifications in AI ethics, data privacy, or project management (e.g., PMP, CISM)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in securities lending, trade surveillance, or risk management
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices in financial product delivery
