Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage daily client deliverables for alternative fund administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in fund valuations, NAV calculations, and reconciliations
  • Monitor regulatory compliance for hedge funds, private equity, and other alternative investments
  • Provide exceptional customer success support to clients, addressing inquiries and optimizing service delivery
  • Analyze fund performance data and prepare customized reports for client portfolios
  • Coordinate with global teams to support cross-border fund services and operational efficiency
  • Identify process improvements to enhance the administration of alternative fund services
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and expanding relationships within J.P. Morgan's Securities Services
  • Ensure adherence to J.P. Morgan's risk management and control frameworks
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at innovation in alternative investment servicing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, securities services, or alternative investments
  • Strong knowledge of alternative fund structures, including hedge funds, private equity, and real assets
  • Proficiency in financial reporting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations
  • Experience with client deliverables in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to obtain necessary securities licenses (e.g., Series 7 or 99) if not already held
  • Demonstrated track record of managing client relationships in the financial services sector

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA)
