Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional clients in alternative fund services, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support
  • Oversee the delivery of fund administration services, including accounting, reporting, and compliance for hedge funds and private equity vehicles
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as custody, middle office, and technology to optimize client solutions and resolve complex issues
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan Chase policies in all client interactions
  • Develop and maintain deep client relationships to identify opportunities for expanding services and enhancing satisfaction
  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, such as implementing new tools for NAV reconciliation and performance reporting
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends, risk management, and alternative investment structures
  • Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client pitches and RFPs for new fund mandates
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to build a high-performing team within Securities Services
  • Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in securities services, fund administration, or alternative investments within the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of hedge funds, private equity, and other alternative asset classes
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and delivering high-touch service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SEC, CFTC, and global fund regulations
  • Experience with fund accounting, NAV calculations, and reconciliation processes
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFA designation
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or a competitor in asset servicing
  • Familiarity with technology platforms for fund administration and data analytics
  • International exposure to cross-border fund services and multi-jurisdictional compliance
  • Leadership experience in mentoring junior staff or leading client-facing projects
