Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and development for alternative fund services, focusing on hedge funds, private equity, and real assets
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and client teams to deliver customized solutions for institutional investors
  • Oversee the implementation of new fund onboarding processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to innovate service offerings within JPMorgan Chase's Securities Services division
  • Manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Provide thought leadership on alternative investment structures and risk management
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand wallet share among existing clients
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development initiatives
  • Monitor key performance metrics and report on product performance to senior leadership
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan Chase's risk management and control frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fund services, alternative investments, or securities operations within the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of hedge funds, private equity, and other alternative asset classes
  • Proven track record in product development and management for institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SEC, CFTC, and global fund regulations
  • Experience with custody, fund administration, and middle/back-office operations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment at a leading global bank like JPMorgan Chase

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket bank or asset servicer such as State Street or BNY Mellon
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's proprietary systems and platforms for securities services
  • Certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or Series 7/63 licenses
  • International exposure to alternative fund markets in Europe or Asia
