From customizing pitch books for asset managers to creating case studies on our middle office capabilities, your work will directly influence win rates and client relationships in a competitive landscape. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and write compelling proposals, RFPs, and sales collateral tailored to Securities Services clients in the Americas
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product specialists, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in proposal content
  • Customize standard templates and create new materials to highlight J.P. Morgan's competitive advantages in custody, fund administration, and middle office services
  • Review and edit proposals for clarity, compliance with brand guidelines, and alignment with client needs
  • Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high quality
  • Conduct research on client requirements, market trends, and competitor offerings to enhance proposal effectiveness
  • Support the creation of pitch books, case studies, and marketing materials for Securities Services
  • Track proposal outcomes and provide feedback to improve future sales collateral
  • Ensure all materials adhere to regulatory standards and J.P. Morgan's risk management policies
  • Participate in team meetings to brainstorm innovative ways to present complex financial services solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing, content creation, or sales support within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of securities services, including custody, fund accounting, and asset servicing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint for creating professional collateral
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification in finance (e.g., CFA or CFP)
