Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services operations, with a focus on securities services or asset management
  • Proven track record in business management, strategy development, and operational delivery within a large financial institution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in securities services, including SEC, FINRA, and global compliance standards
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships in a high-volume trading environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and drive process improvements
  • CFA, FRM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
