Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies for Securities Services to support JP Morgan Chase's global client base
• Provide business management support, including performance tracking, risk assessment, and efficiency enhancements
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with broader business objectives in asset management and custody services
• Oversee the delivery of key initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Manage stakeholder communications, including reporting to executives on operational metrics and KPIs
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in securities processing, clearing, and settlement activities
• Drive process optimization and technology adoption to improve service delivery and reduce costs
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting securities services, recommending adaptive strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services operations, with a focus on securities services or asset management
• Proven track record in business management, strategy development, and operational delivery within a large financial institution
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in securities services, including SEC, FINRA, and global compliance standards
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships in a high-volume trading environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and drive process improvements
• CFA, FRM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a Tier 1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of custody, clearing, and settlement processes in securities services
