Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fund administration, tax reporting, or product management within the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA tax regulations, including FATCA, CRS, and EU tax directives
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams in a global financial environment
  • Strong understanding of securities services and fund accounting principles
  • Experience with tax product development and implementation in asset management
  • Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent in tax or finance
