Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business management, or financial services within the securities industry
  • Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives in a high-volume operations environment
  • Strong understanding of securities services, including custody, fund accounting, and collateral management
  • Experience in the Asia Pacific region, with knowledge of local regulatory requirements in Australia
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Six Sigma
