Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle for securities services products, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Streamline operational processes to reduce delivery timelines and enhance client satisfaction
• Aid in the execution of change initiatives, including system upgrades and process optimizations
• Uphold compliance with internal JP Morgan policies and external regulatory requirements
• Identify and resolve impediments in product delivery pipelines to maintain project momentum
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and operations teams to align on delivery goals
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure transparency in delivery progress
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies in securities product deployments
• Support training and knowledge transfer for team members on new delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of securities services, including custody, fund accounting, and asset servicing
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance standards such as SEC, MiFID II, and EMIR
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in finance (e.g., CFA, FRM) or project management (e.g., PMP)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase in securities operations
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as blockchain or AI in financial product delivery
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in change management initiatives
• Fluency in English and proficiency in another language relevant to global markets
