Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, custody services, or asset servicing within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives for asset pricing, billing, and global custody operations
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in securities services, particularly in LATAM markets (e.g., CNBV in Mexico, CVM in Brazil)
  • Experience in driving market expansion and innovation in emerging markets for custody products
  • Strong understanding of global custody workflows, including settlement, reconciliation, and client reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a major global bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar institution in securities services
  • Familiarity with technology platforms used in custody, such as SWIFT, Calypso, or proprietary JP Morgan systems
