Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for asset pricing and billing within JP Morgan's Global Custody platform
• Drive innovation in custody products to enhance client experience and operational efficiency in the LATAM region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, technology, and compliance to expand market presence in LATAM
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy and roadmap
• Oversee the implementation of new pricing models and billing processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance
• Manage stakeholder relationships with key clients, regulators, and internal partners to align on product enhancements
• Monitor product performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and report on KPIs to senior leadership
• Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies like blockchain or AI for custody services
• Ensure all initiatives adhere to JP Morgan's risk management frameworks and global standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, custody services, or asset servicing within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives for asset pricing, billing, and global custody operations
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in securities services, particularly in LATAM markets (e.g., CNBV in Mexico, CVM in Brazil)
• Experience in driving market expansion and innovation in emerging markets for custody products
• Strong understanding of global custody workflows, including settlement, reconciliation, and client reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major global bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar institution in securities services
• Familiarity with technology platforms used in custody, such as SWIFT, Calypso, or proprietary JP Morgan systems
• Prior leadership role in cross-functional teams involving sales, operations, and technology
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese to support LATAM initiatives
