Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of EMEA MMF broker-dealer clearing products, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technology, and compliance to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in cash and liquidity markets
• Assist in defining product strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plans for CALM offerings
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure product compliance with EMEA standards
• Drive client engagement initiatives to promote MMF clearing services and gather feedback for product improvements
• Support the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk metrics for the business unit
• Contribute to innovation projects, such as integrating new technologies like blockchain for liquidity solutions
• Prepare executive reports and presentations on product performance and strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, financial services, or securities services, with a focus on cash management or liquidity solutions
• Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environment, including MiFID II, EMIR, and UCITS frameworks
• Proven track record in developing and managing broker-dealer clearing products or money market fund (MMF) services
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and market analysis
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous for Luxembourg operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
• Direct experience in JP Morgan Chase's Securities Services division or similar global banking environment
• Knowledge of cash and liquidity markets, including tri-party repo and collateral management
• Prior involvement in cross-functional projects with sales, operations, and compliance teams
