  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in cash and liquidity markets
  • Assist in defining product strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plans for CALM offerings
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure product compliance with EMEA standards
  • Drive client engagement initiatives to promote MMF clearing services and gather feedback for product improvements
  • Support the management of key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk metrics for the business unit
  • Contribute to innovation projects, such as integrating new technologies like blockchain for liquidity solutions
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations on product performance and strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, financial services, or securities services, with a focus on cash management or liquidity solutions
  • Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environment, including MiFID II, EMIR, and UCITS frameworks
  • Proven track record in developing and managing broker-dealer clearing products or money market fund (MMF) services
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and market analysis
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous for Luxembourg operations

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
