Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of the MMF Clearing platform through JP Morgan's EU-based broker-dealer, focusing on off-balance sheet liquidity products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, technology, and compliance to define product roadmaps and features
• Analyze market trends, regulatory changes (e.g., EU MMFR), and client needs to evolve product offerings
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, risk assessment, and performance monitoring
• Engage with institutional clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with market demands
• Drive innovation in liquidity solutions, integrating new technologies like automation and data analytics
• Ensure compliance with global and EU-specific regulations while mitigating operational risks
• Prepare and present product updates to senior leadership and external partners
• Monitor competitor activities in securities services and recommend strategic adjustments
• Support business development initiatives by providing product expertise to expand market share in Luxembourg and broader EU

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in securities services, asset management, or financial technology
• Deep knowledge of Money Market Funds (MMF) regulations, including EU MMFR and off-balance sheet liquidity solutions
• Proven track record in developing and launching financial products in a regulated environment
• Experience working with broker-dealers or clearing platforms in the EU financial markets
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, risk, and compliance in global securities services
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous for Luxembourg operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar in securities services
• Familiarity with JPMorgan's internal systems and platforms for MMF clearing
• Prior involvement in cross-border product development within the EU
