Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage tax-efficient products for Cash and Payments, Liquidity, and FX Solutions within JP Morgan Chase's Securities Services division
  • Collaborate with global tax, legal, and product teams to ensure compliance with international tax regulations and optimize client tax outcomes
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for new tax product innovations in the financial services sector
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance product features, including tax reporting, withholding, and reconciliation processes
  • Monitor regulatory changes in tax laws across jurisdictions and implement necessary updates to existing products
  • Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on tax implications of securities services offerings
  • Drive product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Conduct competitive analysis to position JP Morgan Chase's tax products as industry leaders
  • Support client onboarding and education on tax-optimized solutions for cash management and FX transactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Taxation) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in tax product management, financial services, or related areas within the securities services industry
  • Strong understanding of global tax regulations, including FATCA, CRS, and withholding tax implications for cash, payments, and FX solutions
  • Proven track record in product development and management in a banking or financial institution environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational corporation like JP Morgan Chase
  • Ability to analyze complex financial products and their tax efficiencies
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local Indian tax regulations is essential

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification in finance or taxation
  • Prior experience in liquidity management or FX products at a tier-1 bank
