Key Responsibilities

  • Execute warehouse lending transactions for commercial real estate and other asset classes
  • Structure and negotiate term ABS deals, including pricing and documentation
  • Conduct due diligence on asset portfolios to assess credit and market risks
  • Collaborate with sales, trading, and risk management teams to originate new business
  • Develop financial models to value securitized products and forecast cash flows
  • Monitor market trends in securitized products and advise on strategic opportunities
  • Prepare client presentations and pitch books for ABS financing solutions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in all transactions
  • Support senior team members in complex deal negotiations and closings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or asset-backed securities
  • Strong understanding of warehouse lending facilities and term ABS transactions
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation of commercial and nontraditional asset classes
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the securitized products market
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes banking environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Prior involvement in nontraditional asset classes such as consumer loans or alternative investments
