Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of risk management frameworks for affordable housing investments in the Securitized Products Group

  • Collaborate with the tax equity team to identify, mitigate, and monitor investment risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the performance and risks of securitized products related to affordable housing

  • Oversee stress testing and scenario analysis to support decision-making in volatile market conditions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management, investment analysis, or financial services, with a focus on tax equity or securitized products
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing finance, tax credits, and regulatory frameworks such as LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit)
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing risk management strategies for investment portfolios
  • Experience with financial modeling, stress testing, and scenario analysis in a banking or investment context
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and client-facing groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification
