Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive global security and safety policies to protect JPMorgan Chase employees, assets, and operations
  • Conduct risk assessments for financial facilities, including data centers, trading floors, and branch networks worldwide

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or law enforcement
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing global security policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, including compliance with SEC, FINRA, and international standards
  • Experience in crisis management and emergency response planning
  • Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and background checks
