Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive global security and safety policies to protect JPMorgan Chase employees, assets, and operations
• Conduct risk assessments for financial facilities, including data centers, trading floors, and branch networks worldwide
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
• Lead incident response efforts, including investigations into security breaches or threats in the financial sector
• Train and oversee security personnel, providing guidance on best practices for safeguarding sensitive financial information
• Monitor emerging threats, such as insider risks or geopolitical impacts on banking operations, and update protocols accordingly
• Coordinate with law enforcement and external partners to enhance physical and operational security
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies, including access control systems tailored to high-stakes financial environments
• Prepare reports on security metrics and present findings to senior leadership at JPMorgan Chase
• Promote a culture of safety and awareness among employees in a fast-paced banking environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, or law enforcement
• Proven track record in developing and implementing global security policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, including compliance with SEC, FINRA, and international standards
• Experience in crisis management and emergency response planning
• Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) or equivalent
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and background checks
