Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives in the Commercial & Investment Bank, including calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including international trips and visa processing
  • Prepare and edit executive presentations, reports, and correspondence using financial data
  • Manage expense reimbursements and budget tracking in compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure data security
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
  • Organize meetings, events, and offsites, including logistics and technology setup
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining departmental records
  • Monitor and respond to executive emails, prioritizing urgent matters

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a financial services environment
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate setting
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Commercial & Investment Banking sector
  • Knowledge of financial terminology and regulatory compliance
  • Previous exposure to international banking operations
  • Certification in administrative professionalism (e.g., CAP)
