Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the Specialty Sales team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and distribute executive reports, presentations, and correspondence related to financial products and client interactions
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, such as client meetings and team offsites, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Manage expense reimbursements, budgets, and vendor relationships for the department
  • Handle sensitive client information and maintain confidentiality in line with regulatory standards
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams across JP Morgan Chase to support sales initiatives and project timelines
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and maintaining departmental records and databases
  • Monitor and respond to executive communications, prioritizing urgent matters in a dynamic financial environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced financial services environment
  • Proven track record of managing executive schedules and coordinating high-level meetings
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with knowledge of banking regulations
