Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the Southeast Region, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and financial documents using Microsoft Office tools
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for regional teams, ensuring seamless logistics and technology setup
  • Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking in compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and information flow
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and databases related to financial operations and client interactions
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and supporting team administrative needs in the Charlotte office
  • Monitor and order office supplies, equipment, and vendor services to ensure operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff across regions to standardize processes and share best practices
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as regulatory reporting or team initiatives, with accuracy and timeliness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in a financial services environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
