Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for teams in JP Morgan Chase's financial services divisions
• Drive agile transformation initiatives by coaching teams on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance delivery
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and refine agile processes tailored to banking and investment solutions
• Identify and mitigate risks in agile projects, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and JP Morgan's internal governance standards
• Mentor junior agility professionals and promote agile principles across global teams in Hyderabad and beyond
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Jira to optimize workflows and enhance solution delivery in areas like trading platforms and risk analytics
• Spearhead innovation in agile methodologies to support JP Morgan's digital transformation in wealth management and corporate banking
• Facilitate cross-team dependencies and scaling agile frameworks like SAFe for enterprise-level financial projects
• Contribute to the development of agile training programs and resources specific to the financial services industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
• Proven track record in leading agile transformations within financial services or large-scale organizations
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in banking and financial sectors, such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or related professional credentials
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, IT, or Project Management
• Experience in financial services technology transformations at a global bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in agile environments
