Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of agentic AI solutions that automate key bank operations, such as fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and customer service workflows
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features aligned with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on AI trends in financial services to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch optimization, ensuring solutions meet regulatory standards and deliver measurable ROI

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI or machine learning products in a financial services or tech environment
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that automate operations or enhance customer experiences
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, including agentic AI, large language models, and automation frameworks
  • Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of banking regulations such as GDPR, PSD2, and risk management practices
