Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of agentic AI solutions that automate key bank operations, such as fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and customer service workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features aligned with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on AI trends in financial services to identify opportunities for innovation
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch optimization, ensuring solutions meet regulatory standards and deliver measurable ROI
• Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating workshops, demos, and feedback sessions with stakeholders across global teams
• Monitor AI model performance and iterate on products to enhance accuracy, scalability, and user adoption in banking environments
• Champion ethical AI practices, ensuring solutions are transparent, fair, and compliant with JP Morgan's risk and governance frameworks
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a culture of AI innovation within the firm
• Present progress updates and business impact reports to senior leadership, including metrics on cost savings and efficiency gains from AI automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in AI/ML) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI or machine learning products in a financial services or tech environment
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that automate operations or enhance customer experiences
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including agentic AI, large language models, and automation frameworks
• Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of banking regulations such as GDPR, PSD2, and risk management practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, with exposure to capital markets or retail banking
• Certification in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer or AWS Certified Machine Learning)
• Background in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools like Jira or Aha!
• Familiarity with ethical AI principles and bias mitigation in financial applications
• International experience, particularly in European markets, with knowledge of UK financial regulations
