Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions to drive predictive analytics in risk management, fraud detection, and customer personalization at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with business units to identify AI opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and promote sustainable growth in the financial services sector
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the Predictive Science team in Hyderabad
• Conduct research and experimentation with cutting-edge AI technologies, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's strategic initiatives
• Implement scalable AI models using cloud infrastructure, optimizing for performance and cost in high-volume financial transactions
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and JP Morgan's ethical AI guidelines
• Analyze complex datasets from banking operations to build predictive models that inform decision-making
• Present AI project outcomes to senior leadership, translating technical results into business value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or data science roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments, preferably in banking or fintech
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with large-scale data processing and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in financial applications
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, or Statistics
