Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior HR Analytics Advisor to develop and execute workforce analytics strategies supporting JP Morgan Chase's global HR initiatives
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends in employee turnover, performance, and talent pipelines, providing actionable insights for business leaders
  • Build and maintain predictive models for workforce forecasting, including headcount planning and skill gap analysis in financial services operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure analytics align with regulatory requirements
  • Create dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools to communicate findings to senior executives
  • Support diversity and inclusion analytics by measuring program effectiveness and recommending improvements
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on emerging HR challenges, such as remote work impacts in a post-pandemic banking environment
