Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop cognitive AI systems that integrate voice, text, data visualization, and ambient interfaces to support financial decision-making at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities in areas like wealth management, risk modeling, and customer service
• Build and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics in financial services, ensuring accuracy and interpretability
• Implement human-AI interaction prototypes, testing usability in real-world banking scenarios such as mobile apps or trading platforms
• Ensure AI solutions comply with JP Morgan's ethical standards and financial regulations, mitigating biases in decision-support systems
• Integrate AI with existing JP Morgan infrastructure, including cloud platforms and secure data pipelines
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies to enhance ambient and multimodal interfaces for traders and advisors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on cognitive systems and human-AI interaction
• Proven track record of developing AI applications in financial services, such as risk assessment or customer advisory tools
