  • Enhance and optimize design processes to improve efficiency and scalability across Digital Innovation and Experience Design teams
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and resources to ensure on-time and high-quality program execution
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and reviews to drive design innovation in financial products and services
  • Track program metrics and report progress to senior leadership, highlighting impacts on customer experience
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in design practices
  • Ensure all design initiatives comply with JP Morgan Chase's security, privacy, and regulatory standards
  • Integrate user feedback and market insights to refine design strategies for banking applications
  • Coordinate with global teams to support design program alignment across JP Morgan Chase's international operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in design or digital product teams
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering design initiatives within financial services or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and design thinking principles
  • Experience with design tools and collaboration platforms such as Figma, Adobe XD, Jira, and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment like banking and financial services

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
