Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end budget management for the Chief Business Office’s Advocacy team, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to senior leadership
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards across advocacy initiatives
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align budgeting with business objectives and risk management
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to finance and compliance metrics
  • Lead audits and compliance reviews, identifying and mitigating potential risks proactively
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts to optimize costs while maintaining compliance
  • Provide advisory support to advocacy programs, ensuring financial integrity and regulatory adherence
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports on budget performance and compliance status
  • Drive process improvements in finance and compliance workflows to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, budgeting, and compliance within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in end-to-end budget management for large-scale programs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX, AML, and Dodd-Frank
  • Experience in project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment at a global financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, or CRISC)
