Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable business needs for JP Morgan Chase's operations

  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, process flows, and user stories for regulatory initiatives
  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend enhancements to mitigate regulatory risks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or SEBI regulations
  • Proven experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or risk management within a banking environment
