Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute special projects aimed at enhancing card products and commerce solutions, from ideation to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, risk, and compliance to drive project success
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in payment and commerce spaces
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and mitigating risks
• Analyze customer feedback and transaction data to inform product improvements and strategic initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, including presentations to senior leadership on project outcomes
• Support the integration of new technologies, such as AI-driven fraud detection or digital wallets, into existing card offerings
• Ensure all projects align with JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the Card & Commerce group

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, project management, or special projects within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of credit card products, payment solutions, and commerce ecosystems
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting while delivering results independently
