Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of tokenization products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product roadmaps and features
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in digital asset tokenization
• Drive customer experience enhancements through user feedback loops and iterative testing
• Partner with internal stakeholders at JP Morgan Chase to integrate tokenization solutions into broader financial services
• Monitor regulatory developments in blockchain and tokenization to ensure compliance
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including go-to-market strategies
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize product adoption and user satisfaction
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the Tokenization team's strategic direction
• Represent the product in cross-functional meetings and external industry forums

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record in leading product development initiatives with a focus on customer experience
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and tokenization concepts
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze complex financial products and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience in asset tokenization or real-world asset (RWA) platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in digital finance, such as SEC guidelines
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's Onyx platform or similar blockchain initiatives
