Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and needs
  • Provide tailored advisory services on cash management, liquidity solutions, and payment processing to optimize client financial operations
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analyses to identify opportunities for enhanced services and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and risk managers, to deliver customized financial solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase's internal policies in all client interactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives of corporate clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively advise clients on emerging financial strategies
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on client account status for senior management review
  • Resolve escalated issues efficiently, escalating to appropriate channels when necessary to maintain client satisfaction
  • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying cross-sell opportunities within the client portfolio

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing portfolios for large corporate clients in banking or investment services
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including treasury services, cash management, and trade finance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior-level stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic advisory support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certifications such as CFA or CFP
