  • Lead the origination, negotiation, and closing of ESOP-related loans and capital advisory deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and bank risk parameters
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Capital Markets, Treasury Services, and Legal, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions tailored to employee ownership transitions
