Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key advisor to clients, assessing current travel payment solutions and recommending optimizations to enhance efficiency and cost savings
• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of customized travel consulting projects, integrating JP Morgan Chase's payment and card products
• Support clients in optimizing their corporate travel programs, including expense management and virtual payment solutions
• Conduct in-depth analyses of client travel spend data to identify opportunities for financial improvement and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with internal JP Morgan Chase teams, such as product development and risk management, to deliver innovative travel solutions
• Develop and present business cases, proposals, and reports to senior client stakeholders on travel consulting outcomes
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership in the travel management category within financial services
• Ensure all projects adhere to JP Morgan Chase's compliance standards and industry regulations
• Monitor industry trends in travel payments and financial services to proactively advise clients on emerging opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or travel management, with a focus on payment solutions and client advisory
• Proven track record in leading strategy, design, and implementation projects for corporate travel and expense management
• Strong understanding of payment processing, credit card programs, and financial optimization in the travel industry
• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large enterprises in assessing and optimizing travel payment ecosystems
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed for client engagements
• Active certifications such as Certified Travel Manager (CTM) or equivalent in financial consulting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase products, including Chase Travel and commercial card solutions
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, such as PCI DSS and GDPR for travel payments
• Prior consulting experience with Big Four firms or similar in the financial services sector
• Master's degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Familiarity with data analytics tools for travel spend analysis and optimization
