Key Responsibilities

• Direct multiple technical areas focused on AI/ML development, including model training, deployment, and optimization
• Manage the activities of multiple departments, overseeing engineering teams, data scientists, and product managers
• Collaborate across technical domains such as cybersecurity, data engineering, and compliance to integrate AI solutions
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML platforms to support JP Morgan's financial products and services
• Drive innovation in AI applications for risk management, algorithmic trading, and personalized banking experiences
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in all AI/ML initiatives
• Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing AI/ML teams
• Proven track record of directing multiple technical areas in a large-scale financial services environment
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, including machine learning models, neural networks, and data pipelines
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across technical domains in regulated industries
